From the vegetable garden straight to the table! Our specialities are Grilled Vegetables and the Pizza amorously raised with native yeasts and made with the flour coming from our ancient wheat, the "Timilìa".

You can also find Sandwiches and Salads, made with any kind of bountyness coming from our land, the whole seasoned with with special dressings made of spontaneous herbs and aromas.

Every day moreover, at lunch time our kiosk is serving special local dishes with our firstfruits!

According to availability you can also find local cheese and grilled meat from the best dairy farms and ranches nearby!

THE BAR
the essence of our land
In our bar you will find all the scents and flavors of the Mediterranean maquis.

Fruits, flowers and wild berries are skilfully mixed to create emotions to share in front of a Cocktail at Sunset in the middle of the wheat fields.

You will also find a special selection of local beers and wines, as well as "Hippocratic wines" carefully prepared by our "Farm-tender"!
We also prepare special infusions, cold teas and herbal teas for a meditative break or a moment of relaxation.

You can book for an Aperitif in the Gardens and enjoy a breathtaking sunset in our company!
